Are there any contracts?

Nope! We believe in earning your business month after month, so there’s no contract involved. You can cancel anytime you’d like but we ask you to let us know at least 1 week before.

How do I provide you access to my social media accounts?

Most clients prefer to provide direct login credentials. We use a secure password management tool that allows you to enter your credentials on your end and we can retrieve once we’re ready to login to your social profiles. This eliminates the need to send this sensitive information via email.

Do you recycle or reuse content?

No, we never recycle of reuse material. Everything we post on your social profiles is 100% unique and custom-made.

How will you know what to post?

Prior to posting anything on your social profiles, we learn about your business type, services or products, and target audience. We only post material that we feel is suitable for your particular followers.

What types of content do you post?

We post a range of different content types, including graphics, images, phrases, infographics, videos and more.

What tools do you use to create graphics?

We use various different design tools and applications, including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

What types of industries do you work with?

We work with all industries, with the exception of the adult and gambling industries, as well as unethical business types.

How soon after sign-up will you start posting content?

We can usually begin posting on your social profiles within 2-3 business days. We take the first several days to ensure all of your accounts are in top-notch shape, learn a little about what you do and your target audience, and determine what types of posts/content would be most beneficial.

Do you post on weekends and holidays?

Yes, we post content 7 days a week and even on holidays.

What are your business hours?

Our business hours are Monday to Friday 10AM – 8PM and Saturdays 12PM – 6PM, though we do provide email support after business hours.

What payment methods do you accept?

We can accept online payments via PayPal, credit or debit card.
